Sara Krauskopf

Sara Krauskopf, researcher, investigates how teachers and students use the ONPAR system to support NGSS-based assessment and instructional practices in classrooms. She is a career educator with over 20 years of experience.

Before joining the ONPAR team, she helped develop the OpenSciEd High School biology curriculum. She also worked for PBS Wisconsin and other University-based organizations that brought cutting-edge science into classrooms. Sara taught secondary science and math for over 10 years.

She holds a Ph.D. in Curriculum and Instruction from the University of Wisconsin–Madison and B.A. in Biology from Carleton College. You will often find her out on the local pickleball courts in her spare time.
